Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it is shipped. Once an order is shipped, cancellation is not possible, but you may return the product as per our Return Policy.

How to Cancel

• Log in to your account and go to "My Orders"
• Select the order you wish to cancel
• Click "Cancel Order"
• Or contact us at contact@patvar.in with your order number

Refund for Cancelled Orders

If you cancel before shipment, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Cannot Cancel

Orders cannot be cancelled if:

• Order has already been shipped
• Order is for a digital product that has been delivered
• Order is for a customized product that is in production
